Stock (common or preferred) plus Warrants is an option is to offer stock with warrants attached. Warrants can be defined as an option to purchase additional shares of the company at a later date at a given price. Warrants can sometimes help induce investors to buy into an offering at an early stage due to the additional upside they can provide.
