Thrift Depositor Protection Oversight Board (TDPOB) is a government agency that provides guidance to the Resolution Trust Corporation (RTC). The TDPOB was formerly the Resolution Trust Corporation Oversight Board. It was renamed and reorganized by the Resolution Trust Corporation Refinancing, Restructuring, and Improvement Act of 1991.
