What is the meaning of Fixed Assets (overhead)?

Fixed Assets (overhead) is a cost that is fixed for a given period of time. It is not dependent on the amount of goods and services produced during the period. Tangible fixed assets include real estate, plant and equipment. Intangible assets include patents, trademarks, and customer loyalty.
