What is the meaning of No-Load Fund?

No-Load Fund is a mutual fund that does not charge a sales charge when you buy or sell shares and has a 12b-1 fee of 0. 25% or less For some no-load funds, a brokerage firm may charge a transaction fee on some transactions.
