RIGHT OF WAY is an easement either by grant, by fee, by condemnation or by agreement giving another the right to pass over a strip of land set aside to construct a roadway, or to use as a roadway or the right to construct through and over the land, telephone or electric power lines or the right to place underground water mains, gas mains or sewer mains.
